vegan pancakes : 3 1/2 ingredients
I want to share a super simple and delicious recipe of pancakes, that I just prepared, and they came out a.m.a.z.i.n.g.
Warning::: This recipe does not use kombucha <3 Yes, surprise, but that happens to me sometimes. And why not share it with you? After all, food is my love language. However, the best pairing with these pancakes, is not coffee. It truly is kombucha!! And i recommend ginger flavor kombucha <3
If you like pancakes, that are spongy and soft, fluffy and not too sweet. And yet, packed with protein, fiber and nutritious goodness - this is a recipe for you!> So here it comes! Makes about 4 pancakes of 15 cm diameter
1 1/2 cups of oats (instant or rolled)
1 medium size ripe banana
1 1/2 cups of plant based milk (soya for more protein)
1 tsp of baking powder
Step 1 : blend oats until they reach a rough flour like texture
Step 2 : add all the other ingredients to the blender and blend until reaching homogenous texture
Step 3: Warm a pan (non stick shows the best results), oil the pan, pour the batter, once the surface is relatively dry - turn the pancake. Step 4: Enjoy!
